Most scans have no trouble uploading and the vast majority should complete within 20 minutes. In some cases, however, they get stuck.
If it has been more than 24 hours since you started your upload, we first recommend force quitting Twindo, restarting your device, then re-opening the Twindo app.
This usually does the trick for uploads that get "stuck", but if the upload does not resume and finish within 2 hours, let us know at support@twindo.com so we can help you resolve the issue.
