Monday, May 11, 2026 @ 5:00 pm EDT: We have identified the root cause of the outage experienced earlier today and have made significant progress in restoring our systems. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the outstanding performance issues now.
Here’s the latest:
- Our iOS app and website are operational but may be slower than normal over the next few hours.
- You may find that projects, scans, or files are not syncing properly across devices or platforms. New scans and files uploaded on one device may not appear on other devices right away.
- You are most likely to be impacted if you’re logging in on a new device. Please avoid logging out and back in until this issue is resolved.
- If you need access to important files urgently, try accessing them from a device you have previously used and been logged into. You can also access files through your delivery emails.
Monday, May 11, 2026 @ 3:30 pm EDT: We’re currently experiencing an outage that’s affecting login on Twindo App and Web. Customers report not being able to log in or slow performance. Our team is aware of the issue and actively working to restore access as quickly as possible.
If you need access to a model right now, you can still download it from your original delivery email.
If you have recently scanned, you will be able to upload those scans once service is restored. Please do not delete the scans on your device or uninstall your app.
