## Residential plans

Residential pricing applies to residential spaces under 8,000 sqft. Pricing is usage-based (per square foot) on top of a monthly base fee that sets your included project volume and discount tier.

## Commercial pricing

Commercial pricing applies to all commercial spaces (regardless of size), as well as residential spaces 8,000 sqft and larger. It is fully custom and is not published as a flat rate because it depends on:

- Format (2D or 3D)  
- Required Level of Development (LOD): 100, 200, or Custom  
- File structure: Standard or Custom  
- Square footage volume (per-sqft rate decreases at higher volumes)

## Overage and order rules

- **Order minimums:** $20 minimum on 3D CAD/BIM models and the Twindo Measurement Report; $10 minimum on 2D floor plans.  
- **Multiple formats:** Each format is priced independently. Ordering more than one format on the same project sums their individual prices.  
- **Rush delivery:** Available for an additional 20% on top of the order price. Rush turnaround times are not guaranteed.  
- **Monthly projects:** A "project" is created any time you start working in a new space. All scans, photos, and notes for that space live inside the project. Going over your plan's monthly project allowance does not block usage — it generally pushes a customer toward upgrading to a higher tier or Scale.

## Billing

- Starter and Essentials are billed monthly, and the listed monthly and annual prices are currently the same (no annual discount differential shown).  
- Scale is sold as a custom annual plan, based on volume and requirements.

## FAQ

**Is there a free plan?** Yes. Starter is $0/mo and includes up to 2 projects per month, with standard per-sqft conversion pricing.

**What's the difference between residential and commercial pricing?** Residential pricing (the per-sqft rates above) applies to residential spaces under 8,000 sqft. Commercial pricing applies to all commercial spaces regardless of size, as well as residential spaces at or above 8,000 sqft. Commercial pricing is custom and depends on format, LOD, file structure, and volume.

**How is the final price for a single project calculated?** Price \= (square footage) × (per-sqft rate for your plan and chosen format), subject to the relevant order minimum ($20 for 3D/Measurement Report, $10 for 2D). If you order multiple formats, prices for each format are summed.

**Can I get a faster turnaround?** Yes, rush delivery is available for a 20% surcharge, though expedited times aren't guaranteed.
